Niraku produces a broad range of products for customers in dairy, non-dairy, cereals and snacks, confectionery, baked goods, and spices and seasonings. Our natural calcium carbonate is among the calcium salts with the highest elemental calcium content, at 40% calcium.

The use of natural calcium carbonate also brings technical or processing benefits to food and beverage producers, acting as a texturizer, powder flow improver or as a carrier, for example. Our products are also used as a white pigment (E170), pH buffer, extrusion aid and for the reduction of acrylamide.

Niraku has also developed a non-nano functionalized calcium carbonate that features high porosity, resulting in highly efficient anticaking, providing a competitive alternative to current solutions in the market.
