is Calcium Hydroxide Food Grade superfine powder has high purity with very fine particle size of about 1-2 microns, free of lead & heavy metals, free of arsenic and free of bacteria and other microbiology, which meets or exceeds the specifications of Codex Food Chemistry Edition 6.

Calcium Hydroxide Food Grade can also be used to replace baking soda in making bread, cakes, biscuits and dough from basic flour ingredients such as tapioca flour, cornstarch / corn flour and rice flour. Calcium Hydroxide Food Grade functions as a natural food preservative, makes it crispy, and stabilizes acidity. Usually mixed around 0.5 – 1% of the weight of the dough.
